These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 555db ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 555db website located at https://555db.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the 555db platform. 555db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translated version that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

• "Account" A registered player account held with 555db, used to access betting and gaming services.
• "Wallet" The digital balance held within a player's 555db account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.1 Account Accuracy

You are required to ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — for example, your phone number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account promptly by contacting 555db support. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on 555db at any time. The use of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 555db reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any bonus funds claimed across those accounts, and restrict future access to the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out on your account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you. 3.4 KYC Verification

555db is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of one or more of the following documents: Bangladesh National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested. 555db reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle, not only at withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may result in account suspension.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 555db are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. 5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirement completion. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period — typically 30 days from the date of crediting — will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

555db monitors bonus activity across all accounts to detect patterns of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hedging"), colluding with other players to share bonus funds, and registering multiple accounts to claim a single-use welcome bonus more than once. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended.

5.5 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000, plus 50 free spins on selected slot games. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only, requires a minimum first deposit of ৳500, and is subject to a 30x wagering requirement. Free spin winnings are capped at ৳500 and are subject to a 30x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

555db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.
• Fraudulent activity, identity theft, or the use of a stolen payment method is suspected or confirmed.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected that suggest match-fixing, automated betting, or coordinated abuse.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion or voluntary account closure under the responsible gaming framework.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement direction requires the account to be restricted.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player who wishes to close their 555db account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the wallet will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

7.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if the player has not logged in, made a deposit, or placed a wager for a continuous period of 12 months. 555db will contact the account holder at their registered email address before applying any inactive account fee. An administration fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity period. The account balance will never be reduced below zero. 8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555db and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings due to platform downtime, loss of data, unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security, or financial loss arising from bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to technical error.

8.2 Game Integrity
